I've been reading a lot of Henry Rollins stuff lately.. Actually, for a while now. I own every book he's done, I believe.

Some good ones:

-See a Grown Man Cry / Now Watch Him Die (2 books in one) -- Very dark book about his best friend being murdered in front of his face and how he's tried to overcome it. It's an absolute masterpiece.
-Solipsist
-The Portable Henry Rollins
-Eye Scream

Yes, although they've each done a few others as well.

I got a couple books for Christmas and I'm finally getting into them. I'm reading Tesla - Man out of Time (bio on Tesla, really interesting so far) and re-reading Jim Cramer's Real Money (decent intro to stocks). Carl Sagan's Cosmos is next.

I didn't see the post when I wrote about what I was reading on my blog, but boy is that coincidental.

The last book I finished was Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and now i'm a couple of chapters into Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. I guess I'm going through an old British literature stage right now.

I had no idea. I cut my teeth on Black Flag. Had no idea he was a writer, have to check it out. I spend most of my day translating books so the last thing I want to do is read when I get home. I did pick up the latest copy of CPU today, does that count? I do love Jack Kerouac though....

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

It's quite something so far. Dunno why I put off reading this for so long.

A Texan, Visiting Newfoundland, told a local about the size of his ranch. "I can drive my pickup for a day and a night, and still not leave my land."
"Oh yeah," said the Newfie "I used to have a truck like that."

I was hoping to get the last book in Terry Goodkinds Sword of Truth series for christmas, but I didn't. So, I have to go and buy it sometime.

How is World War Z? I read the zombie survival guide and liked it. I received a chapters gift certificate from my mom for easter so I need some suggestions.

I have to read about Malcolm X, MLK, and Cesar Chavez for school.

But if not, I'd be trying to finish Jane Eyre.

I'm currently reading "the Intelligent investor" by Ben graham

It’s very dry, but extremely informative. its widely regarded as "the" book to read in regards to investments but alot of people don't like it because its very logical and realistic and don't promise a bunch of miracle solutions and unproven theories and gestimations.

World War Z was actually a really, really good book. I didn’t have a lot of faith in it because I found the zombie survival guide very boring and uninteresting, it just all seemed like basic logic to me. World War Z on the other hand is quiet possibly one of the best fictional books I’ve ever read. Granted I have a profound love for all things zombies and don’t read many fictional books so take that with a grain of salt, but I haven’t talked to a single person who disliked it.

Now i am reading Othello written by William Shakespeare. The work revolves around four central characters: Othello, his wife Desdemona, his lieutenant Cassio, and his ensign Iago. Because of its varied themes — racism, love, jealousy and betrayal - the play remains relevant to the present day, and is still quite popular. I like this very much.
