Depends on the severity of the illness.

If I was going to die tomorrow, and I was stuck in bed because I was so sick, I'd probably do nothing but just think about things.

If I was going to die tomorrow, and whatever that was going to kill me, just kills me instantly the next day, I would spend some real quality time with my wife, and then go whoop it up with my friends until I died.
