i thought all christian sects with an exception of a few use the same King James version.

lol yeah it's New and Old Testament.. I was raised Catholic though I don't remember there being any specific Bible that I had to buy back when I attended sunday/wednesday classes at the church.

Just as long as it's not one of those crazy ass Mormon bibles or a Jehovah's Witness one I'm pretty sure any bible is fine to use.

My father was a Catholic Deacon and I don't ever remember there being any difference between the bibles we had in our house compared to the bibles my friends had who were Baptist's.
