Let's see what you're made of...

I had leeks, garlic, brown mushrooms and zucchini sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, butter and tossed with perfectly cooked fettuccine.

Yum

I just dumped chopped broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and cherry tomatos into a bowl, sprinkled shredded Romano cheese over it, nuked it in the microwave for 2 minutes, then poured on a drizzle of Italian dressing and shaved almonds, for my lunch, along with an apple from the tree in the back yard. Then for dessert, I had one of them Pepperidge Farms cookies dunked in hot cocoa.

Frito pie? Disgusting layers of corn chips, chili and processed cheese?

No thanks. I prefer foods that aren't made out of chemicals
