OK, so I haven't updated everyone in quite some time as to what's been going on in my life. Sorry, as I've been really busy lately with work and other odd jobs around the apartment. Also recently became really good friends with all of my neighbors, so had quite a few good parties.

Anyway, I'm still at the same command until February of next year. I just accepted orders to the PCU California, which is a new submarine to be built out of Newport Naval Shipyard here in Virginia. I'm interested in staying here in this area. Like the weather, the people, and have had a lot of fun since I moved here.

As you have all figured out, I am now dating CroweBaby. Much less drama, and much less baggage. We've had a great time together thus far.

Ummm.... Another thing. I'v ehad strep throat 4 times in the last year, and it has been decided that I am going to have my tonsils removed next Friday (September 5th). I'm going to be a part of a study for quicker, less painful tonsil removal using a plasma knife. Going to do one the normal way, and the other using a plasma knife. I keep a diary on the pain/medecine and try to figure out which is less painful. I am getting fourteen days of convelecent leave (sick leave, doesn't count against me at all). I am also going to get a bunch of VERY strong narcotics to deal with the pain. The Doc said he will have me doped up quite well, and won't want to do much. Can''t complain about 14 days off of work while being doped up.

Just a quick update for everyone. I've been lurking the forums using my phone, but I am waiting on a replacement keyboard/mouse for my home pc so I can become a regular poster again. Sorry for being so scarce! I'm sure that once I have my surgery I will be visiting a lot more out of sheer boredom.

im sitting here and i see this new girl crow chaser who seemed really cool and then i was thinking...wait a second what happened to that other girl lady blaze. I figured they were either the same person or i had drunk myself stupid.

To be honest with you, I don't know... She didn't want me to be involved in the situation, and I didn't ask any more questions. She did mention maybe having to move back in with him or back to somewhere near where he lives. I dunno, though. Has she even logged onto the forums in a while?

From what I remember, she had 3 kids from a mexican dude. From what Will is saying she might move back with her ex (the mexican dude, or aka the three kids father) or mom

She seemed nice an all, but with the kid / ex-husband situation + the sexual battery history = she had some serious baggage.

I had a similar situation with a woman who was estranged from her husband, had been in several abusive relationships, etc. I totally tried to play the role of savior, thought I could save her and pull her out of her miserable life. But she would never completely break ties with him and one time she let slip that she was "keeping her options open..." Women and their kids / baby-daddies are thicker than jizz apparently. Anyway, she immediately realized she had fucked up, but it was too late. I dumped her immediately. She went back to him, had another kid, and they finally divorced a few years later.

Anyway, I'm glad you're free Will.

nice to hear the update Will. Sounds like things are going well. I agree with the others that LadyBlaze seemed like a fine gal but the baggage seemed a lot for you to take on, especially on your age.

I think it's pretty damn difficult to be with a woman that has kids from an ex boyfriend/husband, especially multiple kids. I just don't think love is enough in those case. It's a rarity that those relationships work out.

Anywho, hopefully LadyBlaze is doing alright as well and gets it together. Meanwhile, we will all enjoy the company of CroweBaby (by the way, how did you get that name?)
