Many of people i know have not received it. The ones that did only recieved 300 ... i thought everyone was getting 600

i just got my $600 today and it was odd as i submit my taxes in january but there was a problem that I didn't get fixed until a couple weeks ago and I still got it. My g/f submitted her taxes the same time as me and she was supposed to receive hers on the 9th but never did. when we go check the "where's my stimulus?" website, it has no info for her. stupid irs. my parents are in the same boat. was supposed to receive theirs on the 9th but haven't yet.

If they had their fees taken out rather than paying up front. Then they will be getting paper checks

I think you get 600 if you claim yourself independent , if your dependent you get $300

we do pay for the IRS through taxes why shouldn't people be using a service we automatically have to pay for ?
