I drank more than a gallon of water yesterday, of course I was also working in the sun for 10 hours straight. I saw a stray can of POP on the shelf when I was making lunch, and left if right there. Then once the work day was over I got a beer and went to the lake.

i think it's actually a fact? it doesn't shrink your dick or balls but it lowers sperm-count due to the chemical composition or something like that.

if your trying to cut soda out of your diet, then i would adivise not drinking 7-up. Have some flavored water if you get tired of just drinking plain water. Or even go with the gatorade propel, I think it only has about 30 calories in it.

Cause it is so hard to take that extra minute at the supermarket to find a label that reads the following "Real fruit Juice, no added sugars, flavouring, or preservatives." We have a brand here called "Just Juice" because all you'll find in their cartons is 'Just Juice'.

Soda is bad, cut it off completely. I used to drink about a 6 pack of soda a day until I decided to quit cold turkey. Because of the Caffeine dependancy, I had a headache for about a week and was really tired.

Also, stay away from diet soda as well. Even though diet soda has no calories or sugar, it still has caffeine and the artificial sweeteners in diet soda gives your body a false sense of the calories your taking in.

Just drink water and you'll be a-ok.
