So my turtle started laying eggs

it has laid 4 so far that i know about, it laid 1 on the floor when i let it out and 3 in its tank.... i guess the name jamal isnt appropriate anymore, alot of people have reccomended jemima. so is it just gonna lay eggs all the time like a chicken or like a dozen a year?

shes a red eared slider just about 10 years old and has never laid an egg before last sunday, i came in possesion of her around november i wanna say

the profile of the eggs are about the area of a quarter for scale
