Yeah, so I went for my sleep study last night, and the tech told me this morning I have sleep apnea, he said I stopped breathing several times (4) in the middle of the night for like 5 seconds. I gotta go back and get the test done with a nose mask on in like 2 weeks.

He said if it's treated early, I prob wont have to wear the nose mask for very long.

All I see is a black hole, and sooner or later they’re going to suck each one of us into it. But when they come for me, I'm going to take as many of them with me as I can.

The best way to treat apnea is to lose weight. If you are still carrying a few extra pounds, you may want to consider losing weight.

My mom told me I had this same issue when I was like 13-14 years old. I guess I've lost a considerable amount of weight since then, although I'm still a bit above average.
