im sure by now most of you have recieved an email back from your senator regarding the FISA bill issue.. well my senator wrote back, in kind regards but still insists his decision to vote for it was CORRECT.

fuck.. whats the point?? these asshats are going to do what they want regardless what us "little people" have to say.

To get a Senator's attention, you need to attend all his $5000/plate dinners, and offer him vacation trips, carefully disguised as other things, and employ him as a lobbyist after his Senate career is over.

Anything other than this, and all you get is predigested sound bites.

In truth, I care more about the warrant issue than the lawsuit protection for ISPs. Did the House fold on that issue? I remember Bush promising to cancel his Africa trip if the House didn't include warrantless wiretapping.
