Recommendations for Handheld Camcorder/Camera?

Ive been in the market for a camcorder, one of those small ones with flip out lcd and high quality recording onto whatever media is best...

My digital camera broke(damn sister dropped it) so i would like for it to incorporate a high megapixel camera as well..

Anyone own a nice digital camcorder? HD cams out there yet?
Tell me what you think..
Im thinkin between the 500-800 range? Is that too cheap?

If you got a nice one, post a short vid or some pictures.

I've just about abandoned my Sony Digicam, because the video recording on my Pentax Optio WP (320x240, 30fps) is nearly as good. And with a 1GB SD card I get 30 minutes of recording time. Not to mention it's smaller than a pack of cigarettes, so I'm more likley to have it with me when I need it. Plus it's water proof, so I can get lots of footage of hot bitches by the pool.
