so i just looked and apparently from sweating and rubbing together the area behind my nuts has some sore spots. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get rid of these and prevent them.

Clean and dry. Maybe some medicated talcum powder, such as Gold's. You sure it isn't VD?

Hydrocortisone. Don't use it regularly, steroids thin the skin with chronic use and your nuts may fall out.

I have an Rx cream, Triamcinolone. It's like cortisone except more potent. Shit takes care of my eczema hardcore style.
