Holy shit! What do they make their houses out of over there, camel dung? If a similarly sized quake hit here in the US and 420 people died it would be shocking, but 42,000?!? The only thing I can figure is that every frickin' structure near the epicenter must have completely collapsed, damn...

So many tragedies in so little time...kinda creepy huh?

What was the death toll for the last major Tsunami/Earthquake? 140,000?

Meh....end times....either we'll all be wiped out, or there will be just a select bunch to continue the world. In any case, the Earth will be better for it.

Oh...and as to the US Troops thing..that was poor form dude, and I'm Canadian. Not fond of G.B. and what he's doing, but that was still a bad comment.

"...but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

You don't have to be a religious nut to realize that the world is deteriorating extremely fast. Regardless if you believe in apocalyptic times, it's still rather scary. Turmoil between nations, horrible weather patterns...you get the idea.

Wasn't there something on here about that?
