I didn't find the binary article to be all that accurate. I don't think its essential to know binary to be a computer expert. wtf.

Yeah, I don't know how much I agree with that paragraph, but the rest of the article is spot on I think.

Damn, I thought I made this site to express my opinions. I think it's funny, I write three articles in a week for the first time in over a year and people complain.

These articles aren't for everyone, so if you don't like them, don't read them. I realize all three articles I posted this week were totally newbiefied. I just got tired of hearing those questions again and again and then decided to write it for people Googling the topics.

Don't worry, I am working on some stuff that you guys may actually want to read, too.

Dan, and I think I speak for everyone here, we appreciate that you updated the front page but I think a lot of us feel it's too little too late.

When you brought the forums back online again you said you wanted to work on tweak3d and that changes were being made. We were all very excited and we even offered to help but little was done and our hopes faded and we have all come to terms with tweak3d just being a forum.

Hopefully you won't take the criticism to bad and stay focused on improving tweak3d.

If that's how you feel (and everyone you claim to represent) then that's too bad. The site brought everyone that came to the forums. It's the foundation for all the traffic on the entire domain.

I think it's funny you said "too little" in regards to my effort. I didn't even post a thread saying I wrote those articles looking for a pat on the back. If I wrote 3 articles per week for the next four years (hey I'm on schedule to do that so far) would you still call the effort too little?

FWIW I spent 30 hours this week writing those articles and fixing HTML, updating sections, and performing maintenence. I made $0 for my effort and did this outside my full time job. I certainly didn't do it to impress anyone on the forums.

If you don't want to read any articles on Tweak3D that's fine. I take your criticism lightly as it's completely negative and counter-productive. If you don't want to read the site then don't. Just don't knock me for working on my own business.

Yes I am. I am making tweaks to the current design for now because I know it needs some and I want to improve it in the meantime.

I am also considering putting a contest on the forums to redesign the site with a decent cash reward for the winner.

Yeah.

And Dan, it's great that you're updating the site again with new articles. Keep up the good work!
