I heard this song on KCAL tonight but they didn't say what it's title was or by who.

It was sort of metal-ish
The guitar had so much distortion it sounded almost like a synthesizer.
it was metal-ish, but didn't have that crazy devil sounding screaming in it(not that I heard at least).
For some reason it reminded me of Zelda for the Snes(not that it sounded anything like zelda did)

I know it's vague, but I liked the song. Does it sound familiar to anyone?
