so i finally got settled into my new place. it's a 1930's apartment building and they consider this to be a studio, but the closet is so big it serves as a bedroom. it's about 600 sq feet.

Neat....whats the outside of the building look like?.... I love old buildings....How grand the details used to be....man o man....

You can't completely close your "bedroom" off....it looks like that one doors is permanently stuck open.....

the outside is brick. i'll try to get some pictures of it tomorrow. the building is called "the corinthean". i totally love it.

and i can close both doors to my bedroom. one of them is just open cause i have the cats right now. it's normally closed. i guess the apartment used to come with a "murphy bed" and that's why i have the double doors.

In short your little Bobby is extremely creative and a free thinker. So there fore he is suspended for three weeks.

Beautiful place. I love the old vintage buildings.

I'm almost contemplating moving into one when I return because they're so charming.

looks nice! i love old buildings. $900 isn't too bad.

i'm shopping for apartments in the kent area myself. god, what a pain in the ass it is to apartment shop. I don't want to pay more than $800/month but don't want a shithole either. so hard to know if the apartment is going to be good or not.

What are the dimensions of your room? Just curious. I'm moving the day after Black Friday and haven't seen my new house yet but know that my room is like 11x9.

Niiiiice, except for that 900 buck rent. I cannot believe what some of you pay for rents.
That place looks well maintained and the time period is awesome. I wish I were from that point in time rather than this.
