So I live in the Habitat For Humanity theme house. It is a bit messy...

We are pretty far from most everything on campus, but that is ok...

Front view. Porch swing, Keystone cans...

Mud room.

Living room area. Still messy from the Superbowl... but the whole house is.

This would be the dining room if people actually ate there, instead it is just the beer pong room.

Looking the other direction.

We have two rooms downstairs, a double and a single.

Kitchen...

Looking the other direction.

Downstairs bathroom, one shower and toilet.

Garbage/whatever room off the back.

Scary stairs to the atic. We are not supposed to go up there, and last semester (while I was living in the woods) the house gut busted for having a beer pong table up there, amung other things....

Basement where the laundry, heater, etc are.

The dungeon.

The upstairs, bathroom has two showers/sinks toilets. And the showers are freaking small, it is annoying as hell. And don't blame me for the Keystone, that stuff sucks and I'd never buy it.

Three rooms upstairs, mine on the left. Two doubles, one single.

My room.

The important stuff.

Room mates stuff. He is a cool guy.

The back of the house.

Easy parking. In some of the dorms you have quite a walk to your assigned parking lot. The house is right next to the train tracks which is kind of loud at times, as well as the department of transportation or something, so the snowplows and sanders and whatnot are always moving around back there at night.

Overall it is a great place to live. Cool people, laid back enviroment, full kitchen and our own laundry. I'm so glad I'm here and not in a dorm again. I wish it was neater, but oh well, welcome to living in a college party house.

"The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little." - Franklin D. Roosevelt

how the crap do you use the microwave in the kitchen all the way on top of the cabinets? are you guys all really tall? the idea of putting a microwave so high up is terrifying to the 5'1" lot!

Step one: Cut a hole in a box.

It is just a dirty, unheated space under the front porch, no one really goes there.

Yah, it is in pretty good shape, and is not dirty just messy.

As a house we do some service projects, and many of us in the house are involved with the Habitat chapter on campus.

One is actually going by right now as I type this, it is not actually that loud, unless it is honking the horn.

No, as I said in the first post ( ) there are 3 people living on the bottom floor and 5 upstairs.

I'm going to guess that the door next to your compy setup sticks. If not, it should, that thing has a terrible reveal.

You guys should really get a carpenter.

There once was a man named Bertold
Who drank beer when the weather grew cold
As he reached for his cup...
"NEEEEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP!!!"
Oh, snap! You just got limerickrolled!

Well, if I'm ever in New York I'll fix that door for you. Luckily, I've never been in that state for more than 2 hours, so I doubt I'll ever have to do it.
