so it is a chip that allows him to move his arms to an extent. From the title of the thread, I assumed that it was some form of telepathy, like the guy could do a "force choke" like in Starwars LOL.

Pretty cool story, but old. I saw this on TV months ago. If I were him I would get them working on me being able to wipe my own ass with my mind, screw that video game shit.

Yeah I saw it too. The chip was in his brain and he had a cennect on the top of his skull that all the cables would plug into.
