Shouldn't matter. It's your vehicle and you're allowed to advertise whatever you want on it. Look at all the dumb shit bumper stickers.

It depends on the insurance regulation in the state you're in. some states allow extra charges when a car/vehicle goes from being a pleasure vehicle to a commercial mode of transportation. i took the signs off my truck for that reason.

Your talking about magnetic signs, take them off when you go to his office. A car isn't a commercial vehicle unless you say so, do you write off the car on your taxes? Is your business registered or do you pay taxes on the income? Do you carry a liability ins. for your business, or have you been audited by them for this?

In CT if it is a commercial vehicle it is registered as such, If it weren't for the fact that I've done work at his office my ins. agent would never have seen my truck. It is registered as a cargo van because the vin # says it is. I have combination plates so I don't pay the higher rates.
