Well, I don't have anything original done by my band since they're all a bunch of losers who like to slack off =p I've done a few Amon Amarth covers, though.
Speaking of those covers, I had to format and didn't back them up.... would you be able to... say... link them again? I really enjoyed them, your instrumentals moreso than the originals by the band.

Mmm, bacon.

I'm working as a dishwasher in a local restaurant to help pay for musical equipment. I was going to major in computer science or graphic design, but I'm leaning more towards some sort of music career now. We'll see when the time comes.

All I see is a black hole, and sooner or later they’re going to suck each one of us into it. But when they come for me, I'm going to take as many of them with me as I can.

Wooo RETAIL!

PacSun (Pacific Sunwear)

it's like all the volcom/billabong/element clothing you could ask for.

I get paid minimum wage and get the shittiest hours possible (10-25/week)

and working that many hours, it really sucks to get paid bi-weekly because I can not spread your my cash out unless someone spreads it out for me.

So yeah, I live great every other week following payday.

edit: my cash

I love it. I'm applying for a Ph.D. at some unis, but I may have to get a real job. I really don't want to move up north, so that is taking away a LOT of possibilities with my math major (actuarial, consulting, banking, etc).

I'm retired now. I was a police officer for just over 16 years, then I trained troops (foreign and domestic) in Iraq. Then I was with DSS (that was odd) but only for a short while. I love teaching. Maybe I'll move on to that depending on my son's health. Being overseas without being here for him is tough.

By day, I'm a glorified drug pusher for senior citizens, handling calls for a mail-order prescription company. By night, I run an erotica site.

I've been giving some serious thought to getting into the military in the near future, but realistically I'd just want the training. Currently I'm looking into seeing what my options are as a civilian.

The military may reject you because of the website.......just FYI. In fact, starting that site may have prevented you from ever having a career in the government.

O rly?

Hmm. Oh well! Working for the Canadian Government in any form isn't exactly a personal dream of mine. My heart will go on, I suppose. I'll probably just have to settle for training with some crazed militia somewhere.

Don't fret little camper. The Canadian Military wouldn't have taught you anything meaningful or useful anyway. What you could learn from them you could read in a Boy Scout manual...........maybe even learn more from the manual. I'm dead serious by the way.

Dude, seriously. The "JTF2" as you put it couldn't raise a welt on an American Girl Scout's fanny. C'mon? Are you serious? And if you are serious and they are badass...........why aren't they doing anything? What are they training for? Is it to help illegal immigrants cross or hinder our border patrol? I mean throw me a bone here. Canada politically is of no help and their military is of no service to us because of that. I'd love to see them prove themselves but, guess what? They'll be sitting at home this Christmas. Badass!!!

The more I think about it, I wouldn't hire the JTF2 for special duty detail, directing traffic at a high school football game. You are delusional man. Trust me.

Tommygun_Angel, to hear you're thinking of enlisting makes it sound like you don't have much faith in SpookyVixens. Is there trouble in paradise?

As for the Canadian military, they served with distinction in WWII but I haven't heard much about them since. And it does seem like everyone makes fun of them. Such as this stock photo of the Canadian Navy's flagship...

Why did you lose your job with the DSS?

P.S. - My prayers are with you and your family.
