Other than these forums of course:

YTMND - defenders of the Internets
Sourceforge -its simple, to achieve a goal, the order is like this: -> technology -> pre-made software -> scripting -> OOP -> low level programming -> Machine Language - - - you obviously start sourceforge.
Sherdog.com - I'm big into MMA. I like their fighter stats feature and Play-By-Plays. The forums are just like any other MMA forum out there, which is mediocre at best but I'm spoiled from T3D which is very mature compared to the rest of the internets.
EliteFitness - I like the forums, contains a lot of steriod users due to the nature/mission statement of the main site, but they know their shit.
Anandtech - All of the HW sites are similar, but this one does a good job in keeping it centralized. HardOCP/[h]ard|Forum comes next.
Pandora - The new music hub of the internets
Youtube - video hub of the internets
Google - hub of the Internets
MSN - I'm a sucker for the articles and the autos section is GOLD.

oh yeah, and most of all, MYSPACE! - Its obviously the best site on the internets. Where else can I be an individual? Where else can I find people who aren't being shallow and fake? Where else can I post vital information for others like a truthfull estimate of my yearly salary? Where else can I discuss the latest news on all these incredible new bands? Where else can I add celebrities (trust me...its really them) as a "friend"? Where else can I make shitty songs play on a page each time it is visited to make the song unbearably shittier? Where else can I post pictures that I took of myself with a group of people at a bar and post them in their myspace so they can remember what we did 2 nights ago, and will probably do again on the same night every week at the same bar with those same people? Yep...I'd say myspace is intense bro!

HAHAHAHAHAHA just kidding....come on..you didn't think I was being serious? lol! No, you don't even need a sarcasm meter for that.

yeah, that is a good site too. I like their engine top 10 list, but I found myself going to that site less and less once I chose the 2 main engines I would want to work with for my game.
