Impossible to find song! you cannot find this one

 Party? Where? | Its a sort of trance/techno, and I cannot find it for the life of me. I have tried all torrent sites, limewire of course, and just using the web itself. The closest I got was a dvd rip of the song in which you can still hear people talking and such from the movie in the background. Thats better than nothing, but finding just the song by itself would be like the holy grail. Its from the movie district B13 and it is NOT on the soundtrack. The soundtrack btw is really really good.
