[I'm addicted to this substance: ]. I find myself using it multipe times daily. I'll cook up a big bowl [of rice] just to pour this stuff on it and dig in. I'll make tuna salad and throw this over it. Heck, I've even had just bread with it. I'm afraid if I stop cold turkey I'll go through withdrawl. Hmmm...turkey and sriracha, that sounds good. I hope too much of it isn't bad to your health.

Shut your mouth and think it out.

I been eating that shit for about 3 years since som Malaysian chick introduced me to it.

One thing about it - It does not mix with everything. I've found if you eat anything with cheese you cannot eat anything else with Sriracha on it.

They also make little 4 oz (?) plastic bottles of chili sauce that kick ass. It's pretty much as much as you would want unless you are a chili head like me. But it's still very good for general purpose use.

Love the stuff. I went to Food Lion today and the lady working was surprised that I would pay $6 for a bottle of this stuff. I told her that no matter how expensive crack is, you're going to pay the price if you're addicted.

You are getting royally fucked. That is complete BS. I pay less than $3 in a grocery store. Try going to a Chinese owned vegatable market if you can't get it in a grocery store. You can even get it cheaper in a health food store!

Damn. $6? I think I paid like ~$3 for a good sized bottle at Publix. I think, though, that I'd still pay the $6. A little bit is potent so a bottle should last a good while.

+1 Sriracha is such good stuff. Yeah it's spicy but god damn it's tasty. I love it on Thai food or anything where rice is involved. For burritos and tacos I prefer Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Cholula is good for Mexican too, but I prefer Frank's for those.

I use either Chalula or Tobasco Chipolte sauce. Both are awesome sauces! We also had Texas Pete's on the boat, which I grew accustomed to...

How the hell did you grow up in LA and not be able to eat hot sauce with out getting the shits?

More to the OP, not a fan of hot sauce in general, but they're mild marinating sauce is fucking brilliant on beef. Best damn barbecued beef I've ever had was "Indonesian style" BBQ beef made by a chinese family who's kid I taught. Ugh, it was fabulous.
