here lately, 4-5 hours.
i get off work, shower, eat, jump in the bed and i wake up at 10am on the dot everytime!! no matter how much sleep ive lost the day before, or how dog tired i am.. my body seems to like waking up at 10am without an alarm.. and it pisses me off.. then im up all day, night, morning.

doesnt make sense because im extremely sleepy, and i have an excess of 12 hours available to sleep.. but my body keeps waking up at 10am EVERY-FUCKING-TIME leaving with about 4-5 hours of sleep. I cant seem to get a full 8 hours or more like i used to for some reason.

I average around 6. The kids usually won't let me sleep any longer.

I usually sleep 7-9 hours. most of the time, I'm closer to the 9 hours mark. I used to sleep 12 hours easy. i haven't had to sleep that long in a year or two.

5-6 hours a night, sometimes a little more, others a little less.

I'm tired all the time because I'm on Klonopin for anxiety ever since I quit doing drugs and the family issues came about so usually I have to make myself get out of bed after 10 hours. I could sleep 15 easily though, I'm sure.

Crazy dreams, too.

6 hours is my best if I'm not woken up.

8 hours is too much, I feel like shit the whole day.

I need at least 5-6 hours to function, typically get 7-9 hours. Currently, I'm getting anywhere from 7-12 hours.

Average 7 or so now during the week, at least 8 on weekends. I'm slowly getting less and sleep over the years.

Damn, I could sleep 10-12 easily, but 15!! I would be way to tired with that amount of sleep! 12 hours i'm usually tired during the day, i think a perfect 8 is just the enough amount of hours I need.
