Im not getting fat or anything, but I eat out, ALL the time. Its really catching onto me. Im starting to feel like really shitty to tell you the truth, I tend to not sleep well, my gut usually feels like shit, and I get tired easily. I really dont exercise anymore becuase I dont have the energy for it, becuase of my diet.

Anyways, I would really like to just plan out a weekly diet. I don't mind eating the same thing for breakfast everyday at all, usually I have no time for breakfast so anything can go for that.

Lunch I'd like to keep different everyday, having the same thing everyday gets boring. Same thing with dinner.

If there are things that I really dont like to eat, its any kind of butter, cottage cheese, ham and especially mayonaise.

If any of you guys have a diet plan that you already know of, or follow for a week, just let me know what it consists of to give me some ideas. Having something from each foodgroup and getting enough vitamins and just feeling better overall is my goal here. I just don't know where to start.

thx

Try this one. My parents said they hadn't felt better after 2 weeks on this compared to the passed 5 years.

Mmm, bacon.

I wouldnt really reccomend a weekly diet, because that makes things complicated and then you're more inclined to not follow through.

Just make sure to have your pantry/fridge stocked with good food, for meals and snacks. It's so important to have healthy snacks, because without them you're just throwing in 500-700 empty calories into your diet for no reason.

Oatmeal
Yogurt with granola
Milk
Green Tea
Almonds
Raisins
Bananas
Turkey
Tuna
Egg Beaters
Whole wheat bread for sandwiches and toast
Whole wheat eggos ( I love em)
Berries
Vegetables and chicken for stir fry

Lost of Water

I'll post more crap when I can think of it.

I had tot totally revamp my diet cause of the stones and its lead me to eating a ton healthier and a lot cheaper actaully. I eat a weekly diet but i still switch it up a little.

Breakfast is simple as cereal. I stick to cheerios + i got some frozen blueberries and bannans + 1% milk. switch between the blueberries and bannas

Lunch is buying a bag o salad + 2 bags o precooked chicken (the stuff thats seasonsed by tyson or whatever they have different flavors thus diff tastes) + 2-3 different kinds of dressings (italian, ranch, blue cheese). Makes (for me) 5 meals a week. Also if healthy choice or lean cusine frozen meals are on sale at the store i will get those but not for more than 1-2 meals a week.

Snacks celery + penut butter, but mostly just lots of water. The water i have to drink because of the stones (3-4 liters a day) keeps me feeling kinda full all the time :P

Dinner is usually chicken or ground turkey. I use it in a varitey of ways, turkey burgers, spaghetti, tacos. So long as frying in a relatively low fat medium (i.e. olive oil) its good and always have some sort of vegi on the side, and then wrap it all up to eat in moderation (something im still trying to figure out right :P).

The biggest thing (especially for the sleep probl) is to get out and exercise, evn if its just for a walk in the evening or morning. Find the time to get out and do something sort of active during daylight hours and it will do wonders.

This is my diet and I've never felt better.

Breakfast - whole grains, fruit, and some protein. Example - Grape Nuts, apple slices, and peanut butter.
Lunch - veggies and some protein. Example - frozen veggies (Green Giant kicks ass) and a small pack of turkey or chicken lunch meat.
Dinner - meat, veggies, and some whole grains. Example - fish, stir fry, and long grain rice.
Snack - peanuts, mixed nuts, peanut butter, carrots or celery, olives.

Here lately I've just been eating Grape Nuts and coffee for breakfast, and I need to get some protein in. I've really gotten into veggie burgers on low carb wraps too. They taste great and it's a fucking serving of veggies. You can't go wrong. Just cut out chips, french fries, and most other refined starches and you'll immediately feel better. Some dietary supplements would be good too. We had a thread about that just recently.
