Help me find this song

This is gonna be a toughy, but I have been looking for this song since the movie I saw it in has come out!

Its from exit wounds. Movie is with steven segal and he's a cop trying to stop dirty cops from screwing him over.

ANyways, theres one scene where they goto a strip club called 'static'. In the club this is where the music plays, and the strippers are dancing to it.

If you own the movie, pop it in and have a listen, if you can help me out that would be fucking awesome! been looking for it for quite some time. Its not on the exit wounds soundtrack as far as I know.

If need be, I'll rip that segment and post it.

After double checking and listening to each of those tracks, I now know that it is not on the soundtrack.
