I think we have a few fitness gurus on the boards. When I am doing my cardio is 2 x 15-20 minutes at about 160 BPM ok?

I'm trying to evolve.

What is your age? The formula is 220 - age = maximum heart rate (MHR). And you want to hit around 80% of that.

So assuming you're age 30, that would 220 - 30 = 190 x .80 = 152.

soo 220-24=196 * .8 = 156.8

Yeah, you should be ok at 160. I'm 20 and I hang out around 160 when doing cardio.
