The bold are more realistic - the red ones are the most likely - and the others are just because the question is too open neded so I just tossed them out there......

yeah, sorry about that, but this is the question my friend wanted asked. I can't state my version of the question for reasons I cannot say right now.

edit: I think the fact that it is open ended shows he achieved the goal he wanted with the question. He didn't want the wording guiding the user to a specific type of answer. I know I might not get the relevant information on the topic.

I don't return calls because my memory is pure shit. I'll usually be busy when I get the call and then completely forget to ever respond to the call.

They don't want to talk for whatever reason. Whether it be they're mad at the person or just don't want to be bothered in general.

On my business phone I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. On my mobile? Shit, anybody calling that number got it directly from me. And that's a short list.

lightning, Already a bad hair-day, they don't want a perm,
they're using the phone cord for something else at the time, Suicide or home invasion.
they don't like tests and are afraid of failure, It might be somone taking a survey.

I always answer the phone if I can find it. I don't mind telling someone "fuck-off, I'm busy". I don't as a rule but god help you if your a solicitor.
