First place!!!!

Well just signed the papers for my first place!
Theres three of us living there and its more than big enough.

Four bedrooms, dining room, breakfast room, two bathrooms, huge kitchen and a roof area. All over two floors.

im so excited

never had my own place before! Moving all stuff in next weekend and then ill get some pics to post. Between us the rent works out at £330 each (GBP) so thats not bad at all.

the place was thrased by the last people so it has been complety red-done, new paint, new carpets etc. Its like no one has ever lived there.

Congrats by the way... Taylor's friends went in on a 3 level house with 8 people, nice as fuck and makes for amazing house parties. The people they're renting it from had little girls, so a few of the bedrooms are painted with like princess castles on the wall and fairies, hehe.

I rememeber the first place I rented. it was a smaller 2 bedroom house with a huge yard for 90 bux a month and i was pulling in 185 a week takehome (1976). At the time, a brand spanking new townhouse was renting for 165 a month. How times have changed.

Im 20 so more than ready to move out, already been travlling so been wanting my own place for a couple of years now.

It suprising how much stuff you find when you realise you have to move it :S

Pfft, flatmates suck. We got a 3 bedroom penthouse suite, which consists of me, my gf and two randomly chosen girls. God damn they're fucking annoying. If I ever get out of here I'm NEVER doing flatshare again. Unless I'm living with friends and not some flippin' randoms.

Good job though dude, sounds like a nice place and £330pcm sounds really easy. What's that work out as, about £76pw?
