"Greg, this is Bob; Kelly's stepfather. If you are with her, or know where she is, tell her to get home right now. If you don't, I am going to call the cops and notify them that you have statuitory raped Kelly, and that she is pregnant, and I know about it."

This guy threatens me all the time and I seriously have done not one thing to piss him off(aside from the whole pregnancy thing). I'm ready to go kick his tail lights out.

Oh, and as far as the pregnancy thing goes.. she's still having symptoms of it, but she took 3 piss tests and they all came back negative. So I don't know anymore.

Dude this has gotten insane. I hope she's not pregnant. If she is, and her stepfather wants to prosecute for statutory rape, if she's younger than the age of consent, no matter her wishes, you will be found guilty.

Tread lightly man, and be careful; this guy could potentially get you marked as a sex offender for the rest of your life.

In 38 of 50 states it is not illegal to have consentual sex with someone who is 16 years of age or older. Can't remember where I read that and I hope it includes Wisconsin.

Statutory rape doesn't have to be charged by someone related to the offendee, the state can press charges at the request of anyone.

Haha, nice. This guy thinks he can scare me away from her or something, by constantly threatening me. He always tries to scare her too by saying he'll come to my house and yell at my parents, my mom said if he ever comes here again she's calling the cops, and my dad said if he ever sees him again he's gonna knock him out.. so I kinda want him to come over.

I was fortunate in that I always got along with all my wifes' and gfs' parents. When my gf got pregnant at 14, her parents bribed me to go to Salt Lake City and get married: at the time the age of consent there was 14/16. I was going to stick it out anyhow, but the extra cash and car was handy.

I only had one gf that had a parent like the one discribed. He, also, was the stepfather. His reaction to her having a boyfriend was similar and was extreem enough to make me wonder if it was out of concern or jealousy. Turned out it was jealousy because he'd been molesting her for years and she was, at the time, 13.

Okay, well on another note, her dad came to her house 2 nights ago and punched her in the face and in the stomach, so if she was pregnant, probably not anymore. I'm pissed off at the fact that she didn't tell me until last night that it happened.

I'm trying to convince her to. Her whole family is fucked up, when she told me about it I was just going to call the cops, but the guy is rich as fuck and owns his own business, so he'd be able to get out of whatever happened and turn it around on me(statuitory rape), so tonight we're probably going to have to result to the old fashioned immature Nidex ways of destroying property.

But, what she really needs to do is call social services.
