Woot. I convinced my boss that I need dual flat screens to get my work done more efficiently and he approved it. Man I love our IT department, they give me anything I want.

btw I am working off a single 19" CRT right now, how 2002 is that?

I'm trying to evolve.

I'm sportin' a 22" sandwiched between 2 17's.

I don't know how anyone can use just one monitor anymore. Unless it's huge.

Counting my Macbook I'm sporting tripple LCDs on my desk at home and I love it. No going back to Single Screenville for me...

I'm such a simpleton. It feels like I waste my one 19" monitor. I mean, how much space do I really need for FF,AIM(which is always minimized), and the occasional winamp.

Shut your mouth and think it out.

Nah, if a single screen suits your needs you're no simpleton. The only reason I really get the use out of mine is that I watch movies and TV on one screen, surf on one, and generally have my mail and FTP clients open in the third. If not for the media I could easily get by on one screen. Particulary if it were a nice big 22' or larger.

What is the most profitable company in Canada again? I feel like I should know, but I can't say that I do. I'm gunna kick myself when you name it, it's probably so obvious.

I work at a day trading office in the exchange district. 90% of the monitor space is just charts.

Someone should start a thread, Post a screen shot of your work computer or something.

I would but I'm not at work right now, so that wouldn't really get the ball rolling.

I only really know the love of a single screen. I've got a 14.1" screen on my work laptop (which I'm so used to now) and a 19" Dell Flat CRT at home (which I love).

*SIGH* Dual-monitors would be sweet, but...I don't have a need for it.

I run dual dell 19" CRT's, photoshop on one 90% of the time and web/folder browsing on the other, as well as other random apps... it's nice having a monitor dedicated to photoshop.

I need to get a external monitor for my laptop so I can run Windows in a Parallels/ or a movie, while browsing on the other.

I use "my" computer at work maybe 1hr of the day, usually while I'm eating. I'm allways walking around fixing everyone elses. Just a single 19" LCD.

At home I rock dual LCD on my main rig.
