My brother bought some concert tickets for his girlfriend from this website. He payed like $400 for 2 tickets. Here is where the problem starts...

Various media outlets promoted the concert for Dec. 9, 2005. The concert was scheduled for that day. Come the day of the concert, my brother and his girlfriend get to the arena and nodody is in site. The place is completely emtpy. So my brother is puzzled and very pissed off. He even hand in hand a flyer that list the concert being that day. Disappointed, he goes home unfulfilled and his girlfriend angry at the whole situation.

It turns out that the concert was rescheduled for the 28th of this month. My brother had no idea that this happened. He works all the time so he really wasn't paying attention to the change that had occurred. He also received no email from the website informing him about this change.

So a couple days after the concert, he tries to contact the website where he purchased the tickets and they do not respond back. He emails them and calls to no avail. The concert is coming around very soon and he does not know what else to do? He wants the website to give him new tickets to the concert that is coming up.

Any suggestions?

I would assume he can just use the tickets from the old concert to the new one... Of course thats only an assumption, but I would have him try to continue to contact the company to no end.

That better be a fucking awesome show for 400 dollars. That would be bad business to ignore your calls, is it a computer they talk to on the phone?

im sure you will beable to get into the concert with the current tickets you have. Its not like they are going ot send out new tickets to everyone.

Um, what concert did you pay 400 dollars for? That better be one hell of a concert. There is no one right now I would pay that much money for to see.

This was my brother....not me. I just bought tickets though for Bon Jovi for my girlfriend, set me back about $200. Not too bad.

The thing that concerns me is that he only purchased the tickets from this website other then ticket master because ticket master didn't have the seats he wanted. I am wondering if this site is legit.

Did he pay with a credit card? If so he can simply contest the charges, no problem.
