all i use is soap in the shower.

But i do work out almost every day (30-45 min cardio as well) and i have found that has really done wonders with my face. I rarely get a zit anymore and I think it has to do with all the sweating I do. I think i have also read somewhere that sweating will help to clear your pores which will then in turn decrease problems you will have.

Bacon grease daily, gives it a nice shiny finish.

I'm a lazy prick: I use shampoo.

Of course, due to me having the awesome beard that I do, it sort of makes it sensible to just rub it all over my face as I'm doing the beard.

I need to take some pictures of what I actually do some day, I've not brought my camera to work one day. Then again I don't really have time to stand around not working, screwing around with a camera

Maybe I'll try this week, it depends on the crew I'm with....

while genetics is probably the most important factor, I don't think you can make a blanket statement off of that apples to oranges observation. There are too many variables involved.

Some non-prescription treatments for skin and other areas of health have proven benefits and functions. Being able to select the right ingredients for your personal goals, and implementing them properly, is a whole different story.

What ever soap is in the shower, Edge shave gel and a 2 in 1 shampoo, again whatever is in the shower. The shave cream is the only thing I'm picky about. Of the cheap brands the other half buys that's the one that doesn't cause me razor burn.

whatever soap and shampoo is around. Men should have more important things to worry about :P

like woodbutcher i AM picky about my shaving cream and after shave, I use Nivea for Men sensitive shave Gel and sensitive skin after shave, both are sent free which is important.

For my face I use a facial scrub once every 2 or 3 days and noxema everyday. It's funny I had a bad acne problem and nothing I used worked. Even went to a dermatologist and that didn't work either finally after reading an article in a men's magazine about this guy who used noxema to help clear up his skin and gave it a try and it worked.

As far as my body is concerned just regular soap.

Didn't you know?

Edit: I don't really wash my face with anything other than whatever soap's in the shower. Am picky about my shaving cream tho. Use Nivea Gel.
