Im not taking care of my skin, facial and bodywise like i should be.. At this age i think its a good time to start taking more care of my body. Christian Bale's (American Psycho) regimen kinda got me thinking.

So anyone here got a certain daily thing they do? If so, reply about details of your routine, what exact products you use, etc...

My new girlfriend got me using an Apricot face scrub to clean my face. That stuff works wonders, and helped to clear up reminiscent acne that I still had.

I too use an apricot scrub in the shower. At night before bed, too, if I remember.

I wash my face both in the morning and at night, I use duac after about 5-10 minutes of washing and then at night I use Tazorac after 10 minutes at night, i try to seperate both 12 hours apart and usually does a pretty good job of keeping my face pretty clean. I also use dan kern's face wash, you can google it, its a pretty good facial washer. Both that I use require a doctor's visit but they hand them out like candy, they cost me 15 bucks each and usually buy them once every two months

My morning routine has gotten so ridiculous lately, very Batemen-esque.

Shower (VERY HOT):
-Shampoo with Nioxin pt. 1
-Apply Nioxin pt. 2 conditioner
-Brush teeth while the conditioner settles
-Rinse hair and wash body/face with a tea tree body wash, using a loofa
-Shave
-Apply Clearsil facial cream
-Turn the water to cold and do a quick rinse to close my pores.

Post Shower:
-Nioxin pt. 3 in the hair, stays in all day.
-Lotion my hands and arms.

im thinkin about doing a facial mask couple times a week dunno if thats the same as a "scrub" though..
i want one of those "sit and peel off" masks like he had

I just use soap and a wash cloth. Very hot water while I soap and scrub, then switch to cold for a quick rinse at the end to close the skin pores like Bigrichard said. Head and shoulders shampoo. It seems to keep my hair softer than other shampoos.

I put moisturizing cream on my face after the shower.

On occasion I use some soap. Mostly its just chainsaw exhaust and tree pitch.

I almost never get zits or any of that.

1.warm towel"i love them and very good for your skin"
2.astrengent cleaner "good before you shave. and wash your hands really good before u shave too so dont get zits."
3.get blackhead or zit pin/needles " it allows you to pop them without damaging your fase by using finger tips"

I'm blessed with clear skin. My shower routine is the most manly aside from Wiska's.
Irish Spring body wash + cheap shampoo + conditioner = all I need. I don't even wash my face, enough shampoo runs down it to get it clean. Never needed to do any of that shit thankfully.

I'm also pretty sure none of that shit works aside from doctor prescribed stuff. I know girls who use like 12 products and they still have shitty skin. It's all about good genes.
