I've been thinking of buying a longboard for the longest time but i dont wanna start out buying some really expensive board and come to find i hate it. What's a good site to buy a board or deck and what should i look out for? How hard is longboarding?

Shut your mouth and think it out.

I dont own any, I have a few hippie friends that ride Sector Nine's. Every time I get on one of em I have a good time and no gripes. Theyre all so smooth and fast. I kinda wanna buy one, but thats just one of the many things I wanna buy.

I know what u mean, there's tons of stuff i just wanna blow money on so that makes me not buy anything at all. Are they easy to ride or is it that u have past boarding experience?

I've looked around and haven't found any much cheaper than Sector Nine, and they're nice. I found a place online that was selling "two for one" deals, but the board graphics were blan or nonexistent. And I can't seem to find them now. Maybe you should check the local TradingPost, or Ebay to pick up a used one?

EDIT: Check out this kit on Ebay for $49 plus shipping.
