I am looking for something that I can keep tract of homework and stuff so I don't do it at the last moment.

Sunbird is a stand-alone (but currently still a bit buggy) Calendar app. The firefox and thunderbird calendar extensions are based on the current Sunbird Calendar

get Rainlendar, it's free and opensource... it's awesome

"It is good that war is terrible, otherwise we would become over fond of it." - Robert E. Lee.

"You know, I used to think it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe."

Have you tried the Yahoo widgets? It has a plugin for either the Outlook or Yahoo calendar and you can track all your stuff in your Yahoo calendar.
