I'd like to see some acceleration numbers besides a top speed. I bet that thing is slow as molasses, but would do fine in city. Too bad it's not coming to the US, but the idea may stick.

LOL

Imagine that little thing getting creamed by some Blazer or Ford Super Duty.

The motor technology is pretty interesting.

I'm not an expert, but isn't that physically impossible? They could redirect some forms of its energy (braking, wind, heat) back into the compression system somehow, but it would probably only be a marginal difference I'd imagine. Even as it sits ($2 to refill on air, 150 mile range, 6 hours on power), that's damn good for recharging.

if it runs on compressed air, anyone of us can use our air compressors (or go out and buy one) and only have to pay the electricity cost of operating it to fill it up.

Yeah there is another small car from india that is banned from being sold in australia (this one has an electric motor.) It was in the paper the other day, hitting a wall in testing at about 45k's (not very fast at all) and the thing was indeed a mess.

Just for reference, google informs me "45 kph = 27.9617037 mph"
