| Junior Member | Hi guys. Feel a bit stupid about posting this but i'll try anyway. Bought a swapmagic with switch pro set along with a ps2 on ebay. I was fiddling with the 'e' tool and I noticed games wouldn't play after I closed the lid. I opened the ps2 and isolated it to the switch circled number 2 on the picture i've linked to. Number 1 is the switch I managed to dislodge. I'm just looking for some advice on how to fix this. The switch is too fiddley to solder back in as you can see. Do you think I could solder any of the points together that the switch is supposed to sit in? For example, could I just melt a glob of solder on all four points (no.2) to get it to work or something else. I want the switch to be permenantly 'on' as per the tool that is supposed to do that. I'm not an electrician/engineer so any help in laymans terms is greatly received! ![]() |

| Junior Member | Sorted it. It was the bottom two points on circle two that needed connected. |
