PS2 Powers up, but no logo or menus!

Hi, I recently followed the PS2 Repair guide using laser adjustments to fix dvd games and voltage adjustments for cd games! All is fine. But now. when I was using my OTHER PS2, it doesn't load anything up. The power comes on, lights and all, but it doesn't load the logo or menus. I have tried resetting it and searching for fixes but no avail. Anyone have any similiar problems and know how to get it fixed? Please any suggestion is welcome.

See "another PS2 Problem" - I and someone else have a very similar problem, only the (blue) tray light won't come on and the disc tray won't come out.

I've got exactly same problem, the green light can be turned on but no logo or any screen and the eject tray doesn't come out it's almost like the only thing working is the ventilator.

It worked fine a few months ago then i stashed the ps2 away for a while, just when i thought to give it another try since a new game came out (dawn of mana) this happens.

Anyone got any suggestion or is it consider dead this one..
