Is that second clip from that Fifth Gear show?

I don't know what's an "STi" about the first clip, but Subaru does make a Forester XT, with the same (basic) 2.5l turbo motor as the STi. The things run high-13 second quarter miles straight from Subaru. I know you could probably upgrade the turbo and change a few things around, and it'd have more power than an STi anyway.

Yes, but listen to the stats she rattles off in the video. The thing has way more power than the XT.

Edit: Upon further websploring I've found it's apparently a JDM only vehicle though they're apparently stupid easy to make in the states as they're based right off the Impreza line. Though personally, I think it's like making a STi version of Scion xB or an Element.

Yep, Jap market only. I dunno if anyone imports them into the states or not. The Forester XT engine is pretty much the same Impreza WRX engine. A 2.5L turbo making around 215hp. The STI 2.5L makes around 300hp. They are the same 2.5L block and similar build with bigger turbo and cooler so you can swap them pretty easily after you upgrade the rest of the drivetrain.
