| Has Absolutely no life | I just installed an intake on my car. First it wouldn't even start unless I pressed on the gas, then I installed the old intake and it went up to 3k rpm and wouldn't come down. Finally I installed the new intake again and it worked! No idea why this time it worked and not the last but it's awesome. The check engine light is on until it adjusts to the new intake. The install was a bitch. I had to remove the drivers headlight to get to part of the old system and where the filter is now. But the second time I knew where everything went and it took like 5 mins. Also for part of the system they didn't include a tube that was long enough and I had to jimmy rig it to the old system. A trip to autozone and $3 fixed that. It is super quiet at idle and if I open the throttle it's got a nice roar. Pretty fun for a Yellow Dodge Neon. Special thanks to AEM. |
