my 06 civic has had this annoying ass problem ever since i got it. both my sunshades are loose as hell and when i have mine blocking the sun to the left of me and make a left turn, it swings around and smacks me in the fucking face! likewise if i have a passenger with the sunshade set to block sun from the right and i make a right turn it smacks them in the face. so the joint that makes the visor swing back and forth is loose as hell. when i brought this up in my first oil change they said it could be because i had my cd holder and garage opener attached to it and the weight was doing this. i was like, uh no but ok. so i kinda ignored the problem till now and my car will be a year old in november and thats around the time i need to go in for my 2nd oil change and i have since taken all of my shit off my visor and it still has the problem. the dealer should fix this right? do you think its bad i have waited this long and do you think they will fix it after 1yr?

anyone else with a 06 civic with the same problem?

btw, this being the only problem with my car really says something about honda being that this is the first model year for this completely redesigned car.

When you mean sunshade do you mean the visor, not the moonroof correct?

If so follow this thread http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/view/.f0cfc9d

your not the only one. Join the club. Your only bet is to convince the dealer is there fault and get a replacement, though when you do it might be the same as many have experience you got to leave it or used other car models.
