| Indigenous Nudist | hold on, hold on.. i thought youre not allowed to modify leased vehicles? essentially, you dont own the car, youre merely "renting it". and what damages incur over time you have to pay out of your pocket at the end of the lease?? excuse me for being thick but i dont know shit about leasing cars. |

| Holla | what happens when you bring it to them with the mods for routine work? I dont understand modding a leased vehicle. And are the TSX's still FWD? |

You can modify a leased vehicle. You basically have two options at the lease end - take off the after market parts and replace with factory parts, or turn the car in with the improvements. For some things the manufacturer might bitch, but in the case of suspension or wheels they won't. Almost all leased vehicles end up at the auction after turn in anyway. As long as it doesn't cause the car to sell for less the manufacturer doesn't care. Of course you can always buy the car at the end of the lease too. Quote:
Like I said, I'm not going to add a supercharger or anything extreme. At the end of the lease if I decide I'm not going to buy the car I'll pull the mods and put back on the factory parts and turn it in. Then I'll sell the mods. It's not a big deal. And yes, the TSX is still FWD. | ||
