you need to get a Valentine 1 for radar detection, and also find a good Laser Jammer. Make sure you research the laser jammer online to see how to best use it; like letting the cop get a 'punch through' so he doesn't get a jam code and get pissed @ you for that.

i have a v1 and cant speak highly enough about it, once its hard wired in your car youll never know how you drove without one, in california the highway patrol only uses the Ka band though, from what ive seen only sheriffs use laser

hmm .. i got pulled over for racing an Eclipse at speeds well over 120mph. I was dating a state troopers daughter at the time so i got away with like 80 in a 55 it was still like 340 bucks though. I stopped excessive speeding after that.

heh i got pulled over at 3 amish about 2 weeks ago, was in my friend's car, and uh.. was going 70 at a 40 zone, cop pulled us over, asked how i am, and said we need someone over 21 in the car.. then i told i only live a block away, he said a block away can lead me in jail :S then he asked why we were speeding, i said im scared of chinatown at night, and he said understandable, then they just let us go, they just said drive safely, and next time have someone over 21 present

Don't believe this, sorry. Probably because I spent a little under a week in the county + got Aggravated Reckless Driving charge + had to do community service for 131 in a 55.

edit: ehh maybe, forgot you were in the military so I'm assuming you flashed him your 'get out of jail free' card.

Oh and I just got a 65 in a 50 like 2 weeks ago, I actually thought the speed limit was 55, but she wasn't having it.. oh well not like I'll pay it anyways, what are they gonna do? Suspend my out of state drivers license? Nidex wins.

I actually had my car full of my shit as I was moving. My Cg hat was in the back window.

I explained it to him, I was moving and my friend was being an asshole. I was trying to say good bye to her and I was pissed off.

I received the bill today for my ticket. It said that $314.25 would be owed. Now, I already knew that going 11 above the speeding limit is only around $200 so I was furious. I called the court and found out that they charged me for going 16mph over because the posted sign was 40mph and i was going 56mph negating the fact that the cop said on the ticket that 45mph was a safe speed. They said I would have to go to my court date (2months from now, a day I would have to miss one of my classes) to fight something like this. I was dumbfounded that a mistake like this would have to waste mine and the courts time. I just got back from the court since I wanted this fixed now and in about 10mins they fixed the problem and I now only owe $201 (includes traffic school fee).

Most people would have probably paid the higher fee not knowing any better since most people do not know the exact fee amount when it comes to speeding tickets but luckily Californians bail schedules can be found on the internet in order to find out exactly how much is owed.

$200 is still pretty hefty for 11 over. The last one I got was $110+25 or so in fees not counting the $50 in traffic school to negate the points.

or you could call a lawyer, pay 100$ not have to miss school, wouldnt have to goto traffic school and it wouldn't be on your record!

I got pulled over the other day, running a little behind on my way to work, 63 in a 45. I got a written warning, guess I'm a sweet talker. then he proceed to throw my ass in jail because i had a warrant for 1200$
