It's not the best. but for almost all of it as cash down and financing only 1500 of it...I can't complain.

Chevy S-10 Blazer 2000
  • Power everything
  • 4wd
  • 4 cylinder
  • CD, radio

The only thing that sucks is that it has no key-less entry on it. So I have to use a key in the door to unlock it... I got SO used to my Cavalier that had the key-less system in it....

And of course it has 85k miles on it... I wasn't going to get anything newer with the money and credit that I have..... I need it to get to and from work mostly....and some day trips to the higher climates to cool off....nothing serious.

    Here are some pics....

  • I am me, and nobody else can be me, except for myself or I, but neither of them are here right now so leave a message.....

    Thanks for the compliment....

As for not getting a car... I love to camp and hike and go mountain bike riding and stuff like that. I wanted something with a bit of clearance and can take a dirt road.....nothing serious...but something with bumps.... It's only a 4 cylinder and I live 5 miles from work and 4 miles from my daughter....so I'm not going to be burning a ton of gas to a fro work..... Just the occasional day trip...

cool. i was just curious. sounds like pretty good reasons to have an SUV to me . plus i'm sure that 4 cylinder gets pretty good gas mileage anyways.

Oh yeah, I see the 4 banger as a plus. You won't be able to tow anything serious, and it won't win any races, but you'll save a butt load in gas.

Nice, looks clean. But are you sure it's a 4 cylinder? I could've sworn they were all 4.3 V6s by then. I know they had that 4-cylinder in the Sonoma though. Just wondering.

Yeah... I checked it all out. 4 is all she's got...

I would have taken interior pics but my batteries died in the camera...

The interior is in great shape too... A few scratches and dings but nothing severe....

I saw a 2.5L 4 Cylinder S10 Pickup stuck on a hill with a load of top soil in its bed...poor thing wouldn't get up the hill. I would rather have the 4.3L 6 cylinder but thats just because I need the power to haul lawn Tractors around.

It's a 6 cylinder. I have no idea why I said 4. I know there was two other trucks there that I was looking at and at least one of them was a 4 cylinder.... But meh....

    I was wrong, I apologize.

Hahaha, we have finally hit a point where a smaller engine is whats desired. I am liking the direction everyone is heading. Efficiency FTW. Waste FTL.

The bright freaking red was not my choice.... it was all they had. There was a two door that was gray but it had 150k on it and was in much worse shape. The two trucks I was looking at were in worse shape too. For the money that was the best option.

The payments are manageable and once this work from home deal gets going I'll double the payments on it and own it in half the time...then If I really don't like it or start to have problems...I can use it as a trade in for something else...

It has about 85k miles on it.
