If you like cars... if you like driving fast... if you like modifying stuff and learning about mechanical engineering -- DO NOT step into a hobby shop. You will spend some coin.

I bought a nitro RC truck called a JATO. This thing is insane!

Here are the specs and parts on mine. It's got a 2 speed transmission and does 55 MPH (gets there in 5.8 seconds or something)

My roommates have gone back to the hobby store at least 5 times this week for replacement parts and upgrades. One even bought an upgraded motor the day I bought my car so he could keep up. It's a dangerous hobby!

BTW planes are cool, too. One of my friends has one and it's tempting me to get one. I'm going to spend all my money on this shit now.

I have an HPI Super Nitro Rally. the thing is awesome, but I haven't used in a while now. My friends and I were thinking of using it in my College's parking lot, but it would be an insane thing to do (being Nitro it could earily run away should the radio batteries die, the security guys would kick our collective asses to the moon and back, etc), so I'm always carrying it in my car's trunk, but haven't used yet... Although I'm dying to use it!!!

You're the real thing,

We used to have a Hobby Town by my house. I remember going in there as a little kid and i can see why someone would spend alot of time and money there. I cant think of any left down here, though.

I started with a little cheap plane but I'll eventually get a good one. I don't want to start big with a plane cause it'll just smash into the ground harder or fly away if the wind catches it. I need to learn on something basic.

I want a helicopter some day.

I also want a street car.

Crack, I'm telling ya.

My cousin spend a few hundred on a plane, and many many hours building it. Then he took it out to the field so another dude could teach him how to fly. Dude crashed the plane landing it.... My cousin never even got to fly it.

The hobby shop in my town only has models, rockets, and train shit, he also has a ton of war shit to make your own battle ground

All I see is a black hole, and sooner or later they’re going to suck each one of us into it. But when they come for me, I'm going to take as many of them with me as I can.
