| Tweak Minion | Ok so.. I was rear ended last week. Now I would have posted sooner but my computer died on me. Anyways this is short and sweet but heres what happened She rear ended me while she was drunk. At 2:35 in the afternoon. Her little mercedes pushed me into the rear of a big Chevy 350 Van which caused the liscense plate of the van to cut into my front bumper. Now the mercedes bitch hit me at an angle and pushed my exhaust in and placed her liscense plate stamp on my bumper. The angle that she hit me at also knocked the fender out of place a bit and caused the fender above my rear left wheel to crush in a bit. Repair Estimate: $3,176 So I get the cash cash money money or repairs, right? No. She didn't own the car, her friend did. He also insures it and since I had no cell phone on me and we were in big traffic she panicked. The bitch ended up driving away before I got her insurance info. She gave me her name, number, owners numbers, owners name and such. I even talked to the owner on the phone.. but I didn't realize that she was drunk until she was about to leave. I called him a few hours ago to let him know the estimate was in the mail and he told me that he wasn't liable. He then hung up and won't answer my calls anymore. All I have is their names and numbers. I have the liscense plate number of the car as well... the man owns a business near me too. I'm furious. |

| infinite resolution | Have you called the cops? I doubt they can do anything about the drunk driving thing though, since there is no evidence. |

ALWAYS call the cops! You basically screwed yourself on this one. I highly recommend calling the police now and explain what happened, hopefully they can help you out. Some kid who had his license for less than 30 days hit me as he was pulling out of the parking lot. The damage wasn't too bad but I know that with bumpers (where he hit me) you can't really tell what kind of damage is underneath it so I called the cops and had them document it. | |

| Tweak Minion | When I was in highschool I got hit in the parking lot by some girl. She came out from between parked cars as I was moving down the aisle. She turned to avoid me and I braked then swerved. It was so close that I didn't think she hit me. Later when I got home i saw my door had been crunched in. She had gotten my license plate and called the DMV which gave her my address which I didn't think they could do. Insurance companies got involved and she was claiming that I hit her and my cars paint was all up and down hers. Well from the damage both companies could see that was impossible so they ruled in my favor and she had to pay up. Moral: If I had stopped and called the cops it would have been a non-issue. |

| Tweak Minion | Its too late to call the cops and it's too late to call my insurance company. Mostly it's my fault for being so trusting in this guy. I've learned my lesson and I also will bring my phone with me wherever I drive from now on. I could get pictures but the damage is very minor to the naked eye. Although I never dismiss a chance to give a glimpse of my black sexy. |
