Natural Gas Can Power Vehicles OR Electric Power Plants : CleanTechnica

Somebody needs to do one of these conversions. Apparently you can get kits for lots of different models of cars.

We have alternative ways of getting tv, using the phone, traveling across the sea and it's about time that we have alternatives to driving combustible gasoline vehicles. Whether it's an electric car (which btw have insane amounts of torque for all those speed freaks), CNG, compressed air, or some sort of hybrid we should not be dependent on a signal source of fuel for our vehicles. Not to mention the fact that we need to stop being pussies about it and get some more nuclear plants up and running in the States.

I was watching this video on water4fuel.com about kits for as little as 200 bucks and it supposedly doubles you mpg.....

I'm to dumb to try it....my buddy Jeff is thinking about it though...he has this huge 3500 super something or other Chevy truck from hell.....

Generally if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. All of the 3rd party reviews I've seen for those gas gadgets have been brutal.
