I just got the regular version, and it was pristine. My brother is getting the legendary so I can just watch everything using his stuff.

Is the 360 that sensitive? I throw discs in my computers and other devices with scratches and they always read.

You can just get it resurfaced at CDMax for like 50 cents, too...

I had the girl at Best Buy shake the cases until I got one that wasn't loose but it ended up having scratches on it anyways. Lame. They aren't too bad and hopefully it doesn't cause a problem.

I hope you die

I've heard about alot of people getting the Limited edition with scratched CD's. The casing that holds the CD breaks off and scratches the hell out of it.

Yup, that's it. But we have 2 great solutions suggested in this thread. The program and resurfacing.

My friend made a big mistake though when ordering his legendary edition. He took the french edition by mistake!! hahaha sucker!

Fuckin french translations, I hate them soooo bad. They are supposed to be better than 10 years ago, but I can't stand the dubbings made by douchebags from France hehe

well im on mission 6 currently and the scratches havent affected my gameplay any.
although i experience a light hiccup on occasions, in which im guessing is the loading and displaying of the environment.
