Do you share Tweak3d with family/friends/non-members?

This probably has been asked at one point or another but I'm not going to search it.

I had a funny conversation with my gf about how Mince and I don't share Tweak3D with our significant others. It's not that I'm ashamed of what I post on here but it's kind of a safe haven; a place to vent without worry. Even then, I still have to watch what I say cause Mince (my cousin) posts here ;) ;)

We've all seen how ugly T3D can get when girlfriends post, too. So, for the sake of my recent-new relationship, I'm kind of avoiding mentioning T3D to her.

Tore my MCL ( medial collateral ligament ) a couple weeks back @ work :shock:. Loud "pop" lots of pain in the right knee. Going in for surgery in the morning, Not looking forward to being put out. They said they cannot use a local anesthetic because it would be washed out by all the irrigation during surgery. Just don't like the feeling of not being aware of what is going on around me. :paranoid:

I came across some statistics today that shocked me a bit. I hope this isn't too depressing:

115 People die in a car crash in the United States every day.

That's about 40-45000 per year in the United States.

You have about a 1 in 100 chance of dying in a car crash in your lifetime.

MOST of you will be injured to some degree in a car accident. (already got that one, but it was minor)

I really don't know why this is concerning me actually, normally I don't care about stuff like that. It just seems so senseless. 1 in 100 chance in my life? Shit, I know more than 100 people. Actually I have an aunt that recently died in a car accident. Sadly, it was 100% her fault (single car crash, alcohol involved) but it is nonetheless a tragedy.

I dunno, don't get all emo/sad about this or anything, just be careful you know. If there's a 1% chance that someone will read this and be slightly more careful and reduce the chance of an accident by 1% than I guess this was worth the 3 minutes to type it and your 1 minute for you to read it.

Just watch out for the assholes, drunks, fools, rouge 12 year old drivers, rouge 92 year old drivers, deer (or moose (meese? mooses?) for the Canadians), high speed police chases, loose circus elephants, and terrorists, OK?

So I'm running a 10k at the end of the month. And I hate running, so I'm not sure why I made that decision.

After a few weeks of wah-wah training and generally pretending that I WON'T be running a race, I finally buckled down and ran the full 6.2 miles tonight. Finished in just under 1:15 and estimate that I speed-walked between 1/3 and 1/4 of it. I started strong, then hated most first half, then got a second wind, then pretty much wanted to kill myself by the end. But I did it!

My goal is to finish the actual race in under 1:10.

I'll be spending time with my family making sure they remember ALL of the victims of that day. It was an attack on all US citizens and immigrants not just a selected few.

So if you choose to burn a Qur'an or not, protest for or against the near ground zero community center or not or do nothing at all please take a moment to remember the fallen who represent all of us.
